Native polymer-free drug elution barrier

Argon gas atoms impact the organic coating, converting < 3 nanometers of the material by removing all other elements except carbon. The carbon barrier forms without affecting the underlying organic material and allows for a controlled rate of elution. The rate of elution can be controlled through multiple layers of organic compound and NanoAccel processing.
